The Spectre 2003-2007 Ford Super Duty and Excursion 6.0L Power Stroke Diesel V8 air intake system is equipped with a red-media Spectre High Performance Racing (HPR) universal cone air filter. The diesel HPR air filter used in this air intake kit is specifically designed for the airflow and filtration needs of a turbo diesel engine. Diesel HPR air filter HPR0891 can be serviced when dirty, using part number 884820, and used again.

This air intake system uses a high quality polished aluminum intake tube to direct air into the engine. On the dyno, Spectre air intake 9973 showed an estimated gain of 10 more horsepower at 2,550 RPM and 20.6 lb-ft of torque at 2,550 RPM.
